Questions about the DAM
How are images assigned to products?
By file name. If you upload a ZIP with images named SKU_1, SKU_2 and so on, they attach to the product with that SKU, in that order.
What happens if I upload the same image twice?
The DAM recognises it by its content and stores it only once, even if the file has a different name.
Can I share images with a distributor?
Yes, with collections you can share by link. The link can have an expiry date.
