Pricing FAQs
What counts as a SKU?
Each simple product or sellable variant. A “parent” product that only groups variants does not count towards your limit.
What happens if I go over a limit?
We never delete or hide data. We let you know at 80% and 100% of the limit and, if you go over, you can keep editing and exporting; only new product creation is paused until you upgrade.
Is there a minimum term or annual contract?
No. Every plan is paid month by month and you can cancel whenever you like. The Custom plan is agreed under a bespoke contract.
Are the PrestaShop and Shopify connectors charged separately?
No. Standard connectors are included in every plan; each plan includes a number of connected stores and you can add more.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You choose a plan when you sign up and use it in full for 30 days, no card required. When it ends, we get in touch to activate your subscription; if you don't continue, you export all your data.
What is an AI action?
Each task an agent carries out on a product: a translation, a generated description or a category suggestion. Growth and Scale include a daily volume; Custom is sized to your catalogue.
