1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website and the Data by Integrafy application is Ecomm360 SL (hereinafter, "Data by Integrafy"), registered in Spain. You can contact us about any data protection matter at hola@integrafy.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact data (name, email, company) that you give us when you write to us or sign up: we use it to answer your enquiry, manage your account and provide the service.
- Billing data (company name, tax ID, address) when you subscribe to a plan: we use it to issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Service usage data (technical access logs and account activity): we use it to operate the platform, keep it secure and provide support.
This website only uses one technical cookie to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme; you can read more in the cookie policy.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of performance of the contract (providing the service and managing your account), compliance with legal obligations (invoicing) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and answering enquiries that you initiate. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects, nor do we carry out profiling.
4. Your catalogue data
The product data you manage in Data by Integrafy (catalogue, images, copy) belongs to you. We act as data processor for any personal data you may include in it, and we do not use it for our own purposes or share it with third parties. The AI agents process your catalogue only to carry out the tasks you activate.
If you enable the Shopify connector, we send the products, variants, images and fields you select to the store you authorise. We store the store domain, the identifiers needed to keep the link in place and the results of each push. The connector does not import customers or orders from your store.
For subscriptions purchased through Shopify, we keep the subscription identifier, plan, status and period. We use the name and email of your PIM account holder to manage the corresponding sales quote in our management system. Approval of a subscription is not considered proof of payment and does not, on its own, generate an invoice.
5. Where the data is hosted
The Data by Integrafy infrastructure and its backups are hosted in data centres located in the European Union. We do not make international data transfers outside the European Economic Area to host the PIM. When you enable an external integration such as Shopify, the data you authorise is sent to that service and is also subject to its own data processing terms.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as the contractual relationship is in force and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes). Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is deleted within a reasonable period after the last communication.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to hola@integrafy.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with its revision date. Material changes will be communicated to customers by email.
