Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP)An open protocol designed so that AI agents can discover products, query their data and complete transactions with different merchants using a common language.
UCP and ACP pursue the same goal from different ecosystems: letting an agent buy without custom integrations with every shop. For a manufacturer or an ecommerce business, the practical conclusion is the same: the quality of your product data decides whether an agent considers you at all. Prepare the catalogue once in the PIM and publish it to whichever protocols your channels adopt.
