Data is now an agentic PIM: what changes and what doesn't
AI agents arrive in Data by Integrafy with one simple rule: they propose, they validate and you decide. What they do, what they don't and how to switch them on.

For months, customers asked us the same question: "So what does the AI actually do for me?" The honest answer used to be "it saves you some writing". Today the answer is different: Data's agents do the repetitive catalogue work and leave it ready for you to approve.
What changes
- The agents detect which product records are incomplete, untranslated or misclassified, without anyone asking.
- They propose the change with the full context of the product and your brand guidelines.
- They validate it against the quality rules for each channel and language.
- They leave it in an approval queue, to review in batches or one by one.
What doesn't change
The things that made Data reliable: field-by-field history, import rollback, role-based permissions and the golden rule that nothing is published without passing the quality rules. The agents work inside that framework, not above it.
How to switch them on
The agents are included in the Growth and Scale plans. If you already use Data on Start, changing plan switches them on without migrating anything. And if you want to use your own agents, the MCP server gives them access with the same safeguards.
